Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Contest is sponsored by WMS Sales, Inc. located at 9580 County Road, Clarence Center, NY 14032.
Prize Details
The winning company will receive a free “Office Pizza Party” (The Contest) for up to 15 people paid for by the Sponsor. The date of the Office Pizza Party will be determined between the winning company and the Sponsor. No substitutions may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of equal or greater value.
How to Enter
Participants should post their response to the question below – as a comment on the WMS facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WMSSales/ ):
“Why should your office win a Pizza Party?”
Comments need to be posted in the format of:
“(Company Name/Branch) should win a pizza party because _____________ #wmspizzaparty.”
Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 8:00am EST and ends on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 5:00pm EST (the Contest Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using the following method: “Comment to Win” on the WMS facebook page https://www.facebook.com/WMSSales/ .
Eligibility
Entrants of the Contest must be employed in the Plumbing and Heating Industry in the WMS Sales territory of Upstate New York / Northern Pennsylvania (see our territory map showing the counties in our territory at https://www.wmssales.com/territories/) . By participating in this contest, entrants permit the Sponsor with the right to use their response in future marketing materials or on their website/facebook page.
Prize Drawing
On or about Monday, December 10, 2018, WMS Sales (the Sponsor) will determine the winner based upon the number of entries submitted by that company/branch office. The branch with the highest number of entries will be determined to be the winner of this contest. In the case of a ‘tie’, WMS Sales will review the entries submitted and randomly select a favorite comment . The company/branch associated with this comment will be deemed to be the winner of this contest. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. WMS Sales will post the winner of this contest on their facebook page and will contact the company/branch via telephone on or about December 10, 2018. If WMS Sales is not able to reach the winner via telephone, they will contact the winner via e-mail, through facebook, or in person. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner that cannot be reached for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner cannot be reached, and the winner is posted on facebook and does not reach out to WMS Sales within four (4) days of the first notification attempt, such prize winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner may be selected by WMS Sales. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or is he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines their prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected by WMS Sales.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in this contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the winner by acceptance of the prize agrees that Sponsor or those acting under its authority may use the winner’s name, picture/portrait, likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without consideration or further permission.
General Conditions:
Sponsor may cancel or modify the Contest or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor in its sole discretion, may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
